The gap we kept seeing.
Leonard spent almost a decade doing security in medical technology and financial technology. The pattern repeated at every company.
The compliance dashboard was green. The audit certificate was on the wall. The things he was actually worried about appeared in neither.
The tooling asked him to describe the security work in a questionnaire. It did not look at the systems where that work happened: the cloud accounts, the identity provider, the repositories.
So we built it the other way round. Kaamos≥ reads those systems first. The documentation comes from the work instead of standing in for it.

Finnish champion hacker (2017). Background in hacking since early age, later on security consulting, and security leadership across the most hostile industries — medical technology and financial technology.
Comes from the commercial side of security, ex-WithSecure, with experience across sales, marketing and customer success. Runs everything customer facing at Kaamos, from the first conversation to the renewal, and starts with the relationship rather than the pitch.
Half a decade building production systems in one of the most regulated fields — medical devices. Architects and develops the core platform — API design, scalable systems, security infrastructure.
